RuntimeLogHandler typedef

RuntimeLogHandler = void Function(MCPLogRecord record)

Callback invoked when a notifications/message (MCP logging spec) arrives. Hosts typically push the payload into a LogBuffer for the in-app log viewer. Receives one record from the UI DSL runtime's own logger.

A host installs this so the runtime's diagnostics land where its other logs do. Without it they reach dart:developer and nobody else, which is the wrong audience for a message written for the document's author.
