AppMetadataSink class abstract

Host-injected sink for app metadata updates (NFR-EXT-007).

Called when the core acquires metadata during openAppFromServer / openAppFromBundle. Sink failures are swallowed with a warning to avoid blocking application load (FR-META-004).
