Drop-in live streaming, voice room and 1-to-1 call screens for Flutter, built on applooma_rtc.

Add CAMERA / RECORD_AUDIO to the Android manifest and the camera and microphone usage strings to iOS Info.plist. The screens ask for permission when they join.

On Android 12 and above also declare BLUETOOTH_CONNECT so Bluetooth headsets work in the screens. Needs applooma_rtc 0.3.3 or newer, which the kit pulls in.
