UpgradeHint class abstract

The single source of the upgrade lines printed by both apps create's PLAN_LIMIT branch and appflight upgrade (#30) — one wording, guarded by the exact-string test in test/upgrade_hint_test.dart, rather than pasted twice and left to drift.
