AppLinks class abstract
Where a CLI message points a developer who needs the app or the product itself — split by context (#81), not one link everywhere: someone with no account yet needs the product explained before being told to install something, while someone who already has an account just needs the app.
packages/cli cannot import from lib/ and cannot read the landing page,
so both URLs are copied here rather than referenced. The landing page
(landing/public/index.html) holds nine copies of the Play Store URL —
this is the CLI's only copy, guarded against drift by the literal-string
test in test/app_links_test.dart (same discipline as
terms_acceptance.dart).
