AppDimensReactiveBuilder class
EN: Rebuilds builder's subtree whenever the published window snapshot
changes — the Flutter analog of a Compose function reading
LocalDimenMetrics.current. Use it around UI whose .sdp/.ssp values
must track live window resizes:
