updateAppShortcutParameters method

Future<void> updateAppShortcutParameters()

Refreshes the parameters of the app's App Shortcuts (#149).

Calls AppShortcuts.updateAppShortcutParameters() through the updater the generated AppShortcuts.registerParameterUpdater() registers. iOS-only; a no-op elsewhere.
