close method

@override Future<void> close()

Shuts down the underlying server: it is drained, then the shutdown hooks run, and the app is closed.

A handler still running after closeTimeout cannot be stopped: its connection is closed, but it runs on while the hooks run and the app is closed, so it may find services and resources gone.
