scopeLibraries property

List<LibraryElement> get scopeLibraries

The libraries that provide the names in scope.

Unlike imports, which are the imports with this prefix in the file that declares it, this includes the libraries imported with the same prefix in the enclosing files, because scope extends their scopes, unless this prefix is deferred. The libraries of files that don't exist are not included.

When this prefix is used alone, such as [math] in a documentation comment, it references the library, if there is exactly one.
