lookupThisType abstract method

Queries the type of this at the given offset.

The offset is relative to the beginning of the source file.

Note that this may be meaningful at offset even if offset isn't inside a function body; for example it may be inside the initializer of a late instance field, or inside an anonymous method appearing in a top level variable initializer.

Returns null if:

  • resolution hasn't been performed,
  • offset is outside the range covered by this compilation unit,
  • or this isn't meaningful at the given offset.
