CodePushBannerBuilder typedef

CodePushBannerBuilder = Widget Function(BuildContext context, VoidCallback? onRestart, VoidCallback onDismiss)

Builds the "restart to apply" banner shown by AirBuildCodePushOverlay.

onRestart is the app-provided restart hook from AirBuildCodePushConfig.onRestart — it is null when the app didn't provide one, so builders should hide or reword the restart action in that case. onDismiss hides the banner until a different patch is staged.
