Callback when the RTMP transcoding settings are updated.

When the LiveTranscoding parameters in the startRtmpStreamWithTranscoding method are updated, the onTranscodingUpdated callback is triggered to notify the host. This callback is not triggered the first time you call startRtmpStreamWithTranscoding to set the LiveTranscoding parameters.
