Sends a custom report message.

Agora provides a custom data reporting and analytics service. This service is currently in a free beta period. During the beta, you can report up to 10 data entries within 6 seconds. Each custom data entry must not exceed 256 bytes, and each string must not exceed 100 bytes. To try this service, please contact sales to enable it and agree on the custom data format.
