ConsoleColorRGB class

ANSI 24-bit rgb color codes. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANSI_escape_code#24-bit

Note that these colors may only be supported by a subset of terminals, that would support ConsoleColor.

Note that these colors do not support style parameters (like bold).
