Grey tone LUT for small shapes: Task g13: measured on the reference simulator — SwiftUI switches small shapes (half shorter side <= ~32 pt) to a steeper tone response; this LUT is applied after the fill wash and dim, weighted from 1 at smallSizeLo to 0 at smallSizeHi. identityToneKnots disables it.
