IcuMessage class

ICU MessageFormat 1 interpolation, cardinal plural and select messages.

Pass numbers as numbers and include other branches. Selectordinal, date/number skeletons, MessageFormat 2 and rich-text rendering are not implemented.

Interpolate named parameters
