TrackEventLike class

Plugin runtime — concrete backing for the Phase 4 plugin-system-contract.json interface.

Plugins are scoped per-SDK-instance. The AegisFlutter facade owns the registry; the host app calls AegisFlutter.plugins.register(MyPlugin()) after initialize().
