NotCondition<T> class
Used in the whereValues
of DBAccess.loadBy, DBAccess.queryBy,
and sqlWhereBy to indicate a negative condition.
In most cases, you shall use not instead for its simplicity.
Use Not
only for constructing a constant conditions:
