• white2yaml モジュール: このモジュールはプレーンテキストファイルによる地方行政区画データをスキャン・解釈し yaml 形式構造データに変換します。
• yamlEdit モジュール: このモジュールは地方行政区画の新設改廃に伴う地方行政区画データのノードに対する各種操作(追加/削除/移動/変更)メソッドを提供します
