RuneOffset typedef

RuneOffset = ({int columnIndex, int lineIndex, int offset})

Offset information.

lineIndex - zero-based line index in the source string.
columnIndex - zero-based column index within a line.
offset - zero-based index in the source string read as a sequence of unicode code units (surrogates are combined).
