ReorderableSliverChildListDelegate class
Reorderable (drag and drop) version of SliverChildListDelegate, a delegate supplies children for slivers using an explicit list.
The widget works exactly like SliverChildListDelegate. When using ReorderableSliverList, replace SliverChildListDelegate with this class.
