HttpInspector class

Optional widget — add anywhere in the tree to call HttpNotificationService init/dispose in sync with the widget lifecycle (useful for hot-reload safety).

The inspector works without this widget — shake and notifications are both started automatically by HttpInspectorInterceptor. Only add this wrapper if you need explicit lifecycle control.
