FlickSeekVideoAction class

GestureDetector's that calls flickControlManager.seekForward/flickControlManager.seekBackward onTap of opaque area/child.

Renders two GestureDetector inside a row, the first detector is responsible to seekBackward and the second detector is responsible to seekForward.
