DragPercentageProvider class

A widget can provide slide percentage to given ValueNotifier.

DragPercentageProvider is consist of two parts.

Use GestureDetector to get gesture data which is be processed in private method of DragPercentageProvider's state.
Use GestureDetectorBox to enable the child has ability to recive pointEvent.

This widget use context's size property to calculate the value, and the percentage will be clamped from 0.0 to 1.0.

The default response direction it from Left to Right, Top to Bottom.
