ColorPickerConfig class
Color picker config allow to disable some part of the picker :
- enableOpacity : hide/show the opacity slider
- enableLibrary : hide/show the custom library tab
- enableEyePicker : hide/show the eyedropper button ( should be disabled in html renderer )
