AdaptiveScaffold class
Creates either a Scaffold or a CupertinoPageScaffold. Not all fields are used in both, for example drawer and endDrawer.
Instantiating through AdaptiveScaffold.large has also no effect on Material. It creates a CupertinoSliverNavigationBar instead of the "smaller" CupertinoNavigationBar.
